What Happens Next

After you send your inquiry, here’s what you can expect.

1. I’ll Review Your Inquiry

I’ll carefully review the information you’ve shared, including your pets’ needs, requested services, location, and timeframe.

2. Let's Connect

I’ll contact you using your preferred communication method. We’ll discuss your pets’ care needs and any questions you may have.

If we decide to move forward together, we’ll schedule your Introductory Visit.

3. Reserve Your Introductory Visit

You’ll receive a Welcome Email with instructions to activate your secure client portal, add a valid payment method, and pay the $15 Introductory Visit invoice.

The fee will be credited toward your first confirmed booking. If no services are booked, it is non-refundable and covers travel time, mileage, and the professional consultation.

4. Your Introductory Visit

We’ll meet in your home, review your pets’ routines, medications, care needs, and home access, and answer any remaining questions before services begin.

5. Complete Your Client Onboarding

After the visit, return to your secure client portal to:

  • Complete your pet profiles

  • Add veterinary and emergency contact information

  • Upload pet photos

  • Review and electronically sign your Service Agreement

  • Request future services and manage your account

Once your onboarding is complete, you’ll be an established client and can request future care through your secure client portal or by contacting me directly by phone, text, or email.
